and what make that strange is that this doesn't happen in any other type of text-boxes .

I've taken a look at your screenshot, and haven't experienced problem you are having. Are you sure this issue has nothing to do with your browser?

well, I am using a right-to-left language and the problem I talked about happens when you right allign the text in the text-box. And it also happens when typing in English.
finally, I found this only happens with EI 6.

I'm sorry but this theme doesn't support RTL at the moment, and I'm unsure how to modify it, so that it works. Can you give me a link to the live site?

mm. I didn't upload my new theme to the site yet. It's on the local server. I actually edited the theme to meet my needs and I changed the direction of the page too. but when I faced the problem I tried to type in the title text box ,in English but aligning to the right, with the orginal theme used, the textbox stretched too. I don't know what made this happen.
