apparently the latest version of Nutch 2.1 can use Elastic Search as an indexer

anyone tried that?

Did you try a bundle nutch + elasticsearch? I have configured a bundle nutch + solr and it works, but I can't manage with nutch + elasticsearch

not directly related, but, have been making some progress at www.bigdatadrupal.org and www.bigdatadrupal.com with Nutch 1.6, Solr 3.6, Cloudera Hadoop...

hope to get to Elastic Search, not sure when
