Hi
I have links on the three prefaces that work fine when logged in as admin. Theys stop working when logged our. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? I searched all the other reports but could not find this particular issue.

More information. It is not that it does not work for anonymous users. If there are two lines of text in the preface, the second line is hot but the first is not. If there is one line of text in one of the three preface areas and two in any other, then the only one that work is the two line prefaces and on the bottom line only.
