I installed the latest of everything today and ended up with an example page with headings and divisions for charts but no charts. The charts appeared after I switched Javascript aggregation off.

I started with 1.0 and found only the page, no headings. I then installed the dev version which produced the headings and divs for the charts, but not charts.

I then switched on Firebug to see the js error: jQuery.plot is not a function

JS aggregation breaks scripts with minor errors. An example: http://drupal.org/node/1462146. The aggregation break will vary depending on the other js in the mix.

@namwebs, I stopped using Flot and went a different direction.
