Entity reference integration with Views

I am trying to get all fields of referenced content to be displayed.
For example if I have an entity which has some references to other entities. I am trying to display the main entity and under referenced entities display certain fields of referenced fields.
This is probably as much Entity reference as Views question yet I got confused in all the filtering relationships and so on...
