Apostrophes show up as ' in node titles [#1830560]

I think this is a theme issue, is there a way to fix it?

Hi,
I use french characters, same thing for all accent characters.
Is it simple to change of font?

This was a problem on my end. I was using Automatic Nodetitles, which screws up characters like this.
