Hi!
I stupidly set the Administrative Title of the Panel to <none> within the View (I was hoping to set the default to <none> inside of Panels, only noticing the label that said "administrative" afterwards), which caused the link to that setting to disappear completely, making it impossible to change it to something other than <none>.

Probably a pretty minor edge-case bug, but figured you should know about it nonetheless.

Edit: It seems like <none> is a site-wide "There is no text here!" thing -- it disappeared when I used it in the text above!
