Apologies if I have missed the rule to do this, but how do you do tax free orders outside the EU?
Shop admins input VAT inclusive prices - this is the easiest and quickest way for admins to work, and the price is shown to the purchaser including VAT as it should for Europe, but we remove tax for orders outside the EU.
The rule to compare address does not seem to do anything with VAT inclusive pricing. Is there a rule to remove VAT depending on the country in the list?
There must be so many EU shops using Commerce now and shipping outside the EU, like to Switzerland, where tax should be removed so I am presuming this is just something I missed.
Thanks

rszrama commentedIf you're inputting prices including VAT, there is currently no way to remove the VAT using Rules because it basically bypasses Rules based application of the tax. There's an open issue request in this queue to make it possible to remove VAT price components from product prices, but the Commerce EU VAT module may do more to help you long term: http://drupal.org/project/commerce_eu_vat
