Remove the display_result setting.

Also split from #1367644: Batch the selecting of all ids on all pages, clean up execution types..

Back in the day, VBO used to set a lot more messages (one per row processed). Now it's just one status message when the operation is enqueued or executed, and that should always happen (as it does elsewhere in Drupal).
So let's simplify settings and just remove it.
