This is more of a heads up. BUEditor conflicts with the WebFM. When BUEditor is active the WebFM component does not load/display properly. Disabling BUEditor fixes the problem, but I really liked the BUEditor :-(
I've posted a similar issue on WebFM.

i can't reproduce this with the default installations of the two modules. Do you use the default buttons in BUE?

Yes. In fact I've not changed anything at all after enabling BUE.
To be certain: at first when you look the webfm section is there (screenshot)but the full module doesn't appear. (Screenshot as it should be: http://screencast.com/t/205yubGC2gV)

This is just a wild guess, but I'm gonna guess this may have something to do with when BUeditor is initialized during page load. It doesn't look like there are any namespace problems - but it does look like BUeditor is keeping webfm from doing its thing.

If you trace through what's happening in the webFM javascript code none of the $(window).load(xxxx); events run.

the issue is browser-specific. i first tested in IE and there was no problem. Recently tried FF and saw the conflict. And thanks Geoff for pointing out the load problem.

To fix this use the patch or change line 304 to:
window.onload = typeof(wload)=='function' ? function(e) {wload(e); editor.initiate();} : editor.initiate;

it's all about the two e.

report: patch worked great with BUEditor 5.x-1.0 and WebFM Web File Manager 5.x-2.1.

I hadn't realised the problem would be browser specific. I think I've read that javascript doesn't allow more than one function reference assigned to .onload and I imagined that would apply to all browsers?? Anyway, I understand WebFM may be getting a JQuery facelift so that should eliminate the need for the patch.
