If you turn on the option to "Show Filter Tips" that is part of Panopoly WYSIWYG and you have automatic form submission as part of Panopoly Magic, if you change the filter in a Ctools Modal it gets into a crazy neverending autosubmission loop.

I think the solution here is to exclude that filter tips field from the autosubmission, but when I tried that it didn't seem to work. Assigning to Auto Submit master Beeradb.

Patch in #1822472: Prevent autosubmit from firing on select elements with .ctools-auto-submit-exclude fixes the autosubmit loop. I think it could likely be improved, but it does work.
