This hasn't been updated for the latest version of the patch, it looks like:

Notice: Use of undefined constant FILTER_TYPE_TRANSFORM_DOM - assumed 'FILTER_TYPE_TRANSFORM_DOM' in caption_filter_info() (line 119 of profiles/spark/modules/contrib/aloha/caption/caption.module).

Even though this is just a notice, I think that also means it's broken, so making it critical.

Aw. :) I was so proud of myself but turns out I can't follow directions. ;) Using an earlier WYSIWYG filter patch renders this one irrelevant. Reverted.
