Hello,
Actually my tags comes after all other metatags. Well I don't know if it's really a big issue for SEO but I would like to see tag first in the display. It's also more logical.

Please do you know how to do that ?

Try the latest -dev code, the title field is now first. If you have other suggestions for improving the fields please discuss them in #1751276: Improve meta tags form usability.

Thank for your answer. Actually I was not speaking about the form to enter metatgs data but about how the tags are embed inside the <head> tag.

Actually in the head tag the meta come first and at the end the title tag. I would like to see this title tag promoted to the top of the head tag.
