Norwegian Bokmål language file

I have taken the time to translate the language file to Norwegian Bokmål.
Quite some time was spent making sure all the notification e-mails was sent properly as there is a commonly known flaw in the drupal e-mail system that causes messages with any characters like æ. ø or å in the subject to fail.
As 'signup' translates to 'påmelding' in Norwegian, this caused some initial difficulties.

Anyway, the signup module is a great module and is just what I need for my site.

Translation is based on an extract using POT extractor from version 5.x-2.2
