sammyframson CreditAttribution: sammyframson commentedSeems to be an issue with the redirect module. I edited a node and found that it somehow created a redirect which was the same as the pages existing URL alias. Seems to be related to this post: http://drupal.org/node/1796596#comment-6549638
I deleted the additional redirect and it appears to be cleared up but thankfully its only one node...
