Pipelines already exist in Panels right now, but they aren't (properly) exportable. The pipelines branch also introduces a number of changes to the internal structure of pipelines, and is entirely NOT backwards-compatible with the old pipelines formats.

Because we never really offered pipelines up properly before, this shouldn't be that big of a problem. Nevertheless, we should do some checking around the upgrade path to make sure nothing breaks when rolling pipelines into place.
