when creating a wiki page with an new wiki link,
the wiki page is created,
but it's title is not shown on the page.

I'm not sure I understand your issue. Could you give me some context? What do you mean by "new wiki link"? Also, is the title shown for other node types? Are you sure this is related to the wikitools module? Could this have something to do with the theme you're using? Does wikitools work as expected in other themes?

Old issue. Looks like 5.x support has been abandoned anyway. Closing.
