dnd-library.css contains old rules for the old UI and the BeautyTips plugin. They are no longer there. It's time to remove all leftover. Some are harmless, but other (usually tricks) change the default theme CSS.

The patch removes old non-Views library + preview, fixes some coding standards. I did a reformat, committed and pushed. Thanks!
