In my customer profile type ui module I alter the fieldset around customer profile forms to make them collapsible. When this is done the 'delete' checkbox ends up floating somewhere amongst the other profile fields.

Lets make our modules be friends! Here is a patch to make the delete checkbox heavy by giving it a weight of 99.
