Yes the .info file references an incorrect URL, and still in 7.x-2.11 so updating.

Correct URL: admin/config/content/easy_social
URL in .info: admin/config/content/easysocial

Patched and I also corrected a spelling mistake in the description in the same file.

I tested the 'enabled_but-1796510-6.patch' patch and the configure's module link starts to point to 'admin/config/content/easy_social' as expected.
The patch worked for me.
