Posted this in #1788788: Assign configuration to a single field and only then read the request to create a new issue. Sorry...

1. Create new config

2. Select just one field to apply the config to (I have about a dozen available)

3. Save and return to the "Global" tab

4. The config appears, but the "settings" column list ALL the possible fields, not just the one you selected in (2)
