Warning "failed to open stream" when clicking on gallery (file_get_content, _locale_parse_js_file) [#1791328]

Used my parent role ('родител') to create a new gallery G1. After that, when trying to open the gallery the following error message appears:

Warning: file_get_contents(sites/all/libraries/colorbox/colorbox/jquery.colorbox-min.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1488 of /home1/dvdsamer/public_html/webpagesforlife/velkova/includes/locale.inc).

Attaching full site backup (site + DB). The 2 only things missing are - I removed the ctools and feeds modules from the sites/all/modules subdir as they take up way too much space. The versions installed are: ctools-7.x-1.2.tar.gz and feeds-7.x-2.0-alpha5.tar.gz. These are the latest stable versions as of today.
I had to split the site archive into several files due to upload size limitation. Two of the files *the DB backup and the default dir) are encrypted with gpg2. I will send passphrases to lsolesen, Moloc, David_Rothstein, effulgentsia and JacobSingh - hope you guys dont consider this spam... :)

Your sites-all tar archive does not contain a libraries folder.

README.txt

20 Required:
[...]
28 c. ColorBox jQuery plugin (latest release, tested with 1.3.17)
29 - Download from http://colorpowered.com/colorbox and unpack it in
30 sites/all/libraries (if the directory doesn't exist, create it first).

Media Gallery requires in the current verison the colorbox library (not module) to be installed.

I have a similar problem, I create a demo gallery and when i try to add media the pop up window gives the same warning.

Warning: file_get_contents(sites/all/libraries/colorbox/colorbox/jquery.colorbox-min.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1488 of C:\xampp\htdocs\tntclub_drupal\includes\locale.inc).

The only thing that works is the youtube tab, i can add you tube links with no problems, everything else doesnt work. Plus, the window looks different from the tutorials i saw on youtube to set up the media gallery module.
