Simply enough, make the configuration of this module exportable as a feature.

I marked #1645260: Expose settings to cTools export as a duplicate of this issue because I tested the patch here in #2 and it worked.

I tried creating some login destinations, adding them to a feature and then enabling the feature on a second site and everything worked.

I did notice a tiny layout issue when using the overlay:

edit button appears outside the table in overlay
