Can't add content to panels

Yo,
I've created a clean install with only Panels 2.aplha10 installed and I see several errors, which actually don't allow creating any panel.

I'll group all bugs here. if you'd like I can divide them to separate issues.

1. After creating a panel (title=test, path=test)

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\wamp\www\panels10\modules\panels\panels_page\panels_page.admin.inc on line 1049.

2. In advanced> Add arguments> node id

In the JS windows:
Error – The input was invalid

3. I click on the 'View' tabs

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\wamp\www\panels10\modules\panels\panels_page\panels_page.admin.inc on line 780.

4. I go back to the main panel window and click on the Edit (i.e. /admin/panels/panel-page/Test/edit). I get Page not found. Also if I click on the new panel (/test)
