Is there a way to change the label before the values?
Currently it seems to be set to "sales" and there is no way to change it (see attachment).

Quick work around (not a fix):

Open: views_dataviz_plugin_style_dataviz.inc
Line 132
Change 'columns' => array('Sales'), to whatever you need it to say

And then voila...
