I need some instructions on the proper way to upgrade from AT-Biz theme 2.0 to 3.x. Thank you.

glidetothehoop CreditAttribution: glidetothehoop commentedI wish I could be that author of the theme has been totally unresponsive to my requests for help.

Rustan CreditAttribution: Rustan commentedPlease contribute yourself too, show what you have done, what works, what does not, what changes you needed to do and where you get stuck. If you are more specific the chance of getting help form the community is higher. I have no idea how many others are in the same situation as you (I am not), but there might be some that you can work together with. Another option for you if no one responds here can be to pay Jeff for premium support.

Typically I don't make a habit of tracking support requests here on D.O, unfortunately even with the support from folks like yourself its just not possible for me to service 40 000 users. I think that's where we've come unstuck here, I don't follow support requests and no one else was able to help you in good time.
Sounds like a documentation issue, sure I can write some docs about this. Can you tell me if you are using Panels, and what sort of number of blocks are you using, is more like 10 or 100?
Greg, I got an email yesterday (today actually), however unfortunately I've been away a few days with the flu, most of the week to be frank.

glidetothehoop CreditAttribution: glidetothehoop commentedJeff, I'm not sure what has happened. I did attempt to email you through my membership dashboard on the AdaptiveThemes website multiple times over the past few months. That's the only reason I tried to reach you through the Drupal.org site. Something is not working there or I'm not understanding the support ticket system. Anyway, I'm glad to hear from you.
I am using Panels. I've got maybe 20 different blocks on various pages. The site is http://www.darbycreek.org
I apologize, but I just thought my requests for help on the AdaptiveThemes site were being ignored.
Let me know if I'm doing something wrong on the AdaptiveThemes site to communicate with you and the best way (give me link or email address) to communicate about support requests as a premium subscriber.
Thank you so much.
Greg

Jeff Burnz CreditAttribution: Jeff Burnz commentedOK, I will look at the site and nail down things that are quite specific to your site.
I'll crack on with the documentation - when do you need this by, being Christmas in a few days I am kind of slammed for time (family commitments). Let me know how urgent this is.
