Ref. #1556248: metatag_ui was not found and #1281624: Merge metatag_ui back into metatag.module.

Metatag_ui no longer exists. This is causing confusion for some users. I'm wondering if we can remove the info and module files of the _ui module entirely.

Thanks, but I want to wait until after v1.0 to remove the files, there are still lots of installations that have the module.
