dsoundmn commentedI can confirm that this is still an issue I'm running 7.x-2.x-dev and am still seeing this occur... are you able to look at this deeper? if not let me know and I'll look into it myself. I am able to replicate the issue when caching is active that it will display in the sidebar position without that being set in the block. (even after a clear all cache - drush and admin menu)
