This may be possible in a generalizable way that's useful for other distributions: #1500360: Facilitate use of Spark components in other distros and non-distro sites . #1760470: Stopgap: Setup same text formats as Spark exists as a stopgap so that we can start working with text formats before Spark is fully integrated into Commons.

Erik Webb started some of this at http://drupal.org/project/commons_wysiwyg. This pulls in the Aloha Editor and configures it for use in Commons.
