In order to have dynamic events happen on the checkout pages such as #1287124: Support recalculating shipping when the address is entered, I think it is necessary to be able to alter the AJAX callbacks so that more events can be chained to the response. Here's a patch that allows other modules to add their own commands to the AJAX response.

Mentioned this in the other issue, but I'd already made the change while on my flight home from Munich when I changed some other bits of this profile copying code. Still, I didn't know about the NULL first argument for ajax_command_replace() - that was a nice touch. : )
