When I try to add terms with depth > 3 I get this "page not found" message. I'm not sure this is a bug or not because in your demo page it seems to work fine. Is there any configuration I am missing here ?

Does this problem still exists?
I can't reproduce this issue. There aren't any configurations for the Taxonomy Manager.
So, sorry, I can't give you any hints.

I was getting the same error as above, after trying a few times it finally went through. But threw this error (even though it did add the terms).

warning: array_walk() [function.array-walk]: Unable to call () - function does not exist in /home/anu144/public_html/includes/common.inc on line 566.

Its throwing this error more often now ... the move function is virtually inoperable. When I have some time I will dig into it a bit more to see what the problem is and report back here.
