Deny new terms check not for working for term-ref fields on profile2 entity

The check in content_taxonomy_autocomplete_validate_deny_new_terms in line 106 in content_taxonomy_autocomplete.module does not work for term-ref fields on a profile2 entity.

A patch, which is might not be very clean, but works for profile2, follows.
