I'm new to drupal, so excuse me if this post is irrelevant to the queue, or otherwise disturbing.

When I try to add a VBO field "Bulk operations: Content" in a newly created view, while the devel module is also enabled, I get the error:

The error does not occur if the devel module is not enabled.
