I have it running on http://www.NicaLiving.com. Seems to work fine. I had one user request that it be optional. That is, that it could be turned on/off at the user level.

Thinking a bit, I feel it would be cool if the note was empty, only a button to create a note was displayed. If there was already a note entered, it would be displayed. The way it is, you use a lot of screen real estate for a seldom-used box.

To make it user enabled on/off requires me to study the user / user profile stuff. I will therefore postpone this feature.

The button feature is now a collapsable fieldset. Globally configured to only expand when there is content.
