Fixed bug in issue #1838050 reporting errors when no taxonomy vocabulary has been selected. Fixed issues #1846146 and #1846138 by declaring defaults values for new instances.
Added option to select parent by itself. Added option to show/hide the title. Added option to show cardinality counter.
