Add "None" option to "Layout" in slide page

Currently, If users dosen't want to place text on the image they have to delete the text in the fields.

Solution: Add a "None" option in the "Layout" select list in the "Slide Page", When "None" is selected remove the text wrappers from above the picture and hide the text editor div.
