Forum Access Install

I have spent several days installing and re-installing na_arbitrator, acl, and forum access, but have not been able to get it to work properly on the forums. The database tables are created and populated. However, I did notice that when I "add moderator" nothing happens and there are no "delte" cpmment options showing gfor any of the authorized roles and/or moderators.

I am only dealing with 6-8 forums; so, if it is possible, I could go in and edit the database tables manually as it would be very helpful to get this module operational.
