Perhaps I'm missing the obvious here...

Is there a way to prevent the slideshow from appearing in teaser?

No matter what I choose ('Below', 'Above', 'Tag') when creating a node with images attached, the slideshow always appears in teaser. 'Above' makes the slideshow appear above the teaser, and so on. When previewing the node, the slideshow appears only in the full version fo the node and not in teaser.

When viewing the full node, the slideshow appears to work fine.
