Upgrade the exported View to a never version

I've been chasing a problem with this module where the import of the embedded view would intermittently fail. I have no reasonable explanation for this behaviour, but my colleague noticed that we're used a fairly old Views export. It's clearly form the D6 era since it defines views api 2, and it still has the CVS headers, so it's also from pre-git. It seems like a good idea to upgrade it. :)

I did a clean import and re-export of the view, attaching patch to do the upgrade.
