[Event] Submit Issue: Typos in Status Message Box

(This issue was originally mentioned in topic #19361, but since it is per-project, I am submitting an issue regarding it for this project.)

When submitting an issue, the blue status message box below the title reads:

Please make sure you provide as much usefull information on your issue as possible. If it is a feature request, ask yourself: Would I want to spend the time neccessaray to implement it?

Two minor typographical errors are present in the message:

• "usefull", which should be spelled as "useful" - remove the extra "l".
• "neccessaray", which should be spelled as "necessary" - remove the extra "c" and the second "a" (between "r" and "y").
