I have created a workflow.. with an interactive function task. (maestro_reviewContentType) assigned to user hr_manager
When I login as hr_manager and try to access and edit the content in my "Task Console", I get :
"Access denied

You are not authorized to access this page."

What is the reason?

If you are clicking on the content link in the task console and getting that message it is due to permissions not being set correctly in Drupal. You would have to give the role edit permissions in order to allow them to edit other people's content.

I should give them the role of "editing all contents"?

Can we do something else? I mean giving the editor the ability to edit that specific content without giving him the role of editing all contents.. because sometimes this editor may be a secretary of a specific department and it's not good to give him the role of editing all contents

any suggestions please?

Give the role edit rights to only that specific content type.
