It's no a good way let users to input input tags which they may be hard to understand or wont like to do.

It would be an UX improvement.

I mean everyone would use the body field, but sometimes we input a long text in body field, it makes the page very long.

If we can make a formatter, show the teaser of body field in the page, with a 'show detail' button to let users who want to view whole text, won't it be interesting?

What do you mean by formatter? I admittedly haven't entirely kept up with Drupal lately (I have many other things going on), but this isn't a term that I'm familiar with in this context.

Can you point to the API docs related to this?

I'm also not sure that this module would be the correct place for something like you are suggesting.

Drupal 7 is not supported anymore, therefore this issue is unlikely to go any further.
