Hi!

I can't activate latest beta when using latest ctools dev (7.x-1.0+26-dev). Path breadcrumbs prints: Requires: Chaos tools (1.0) (incompatible with version 7.x-1.0+26-dev).

Hi,

I think that you are downloaded ctools 7.x-1.0 first and then you updated it to the 7.x-1.x-dev. And shure, Drupal thinks that this "mix" could be incomplatible. The solution - use stable ctools release.

I've always use dev versions of ctools & views modules. Is there any way to enable Path breadcrumbs on dev ctools?

I removed minimal required version of CTools. Now you can use with dev version.
