When i go to an text formats and edit a format, pathologic shows up as an available input filter. I can check it and save the format. However, pathologic doesn't appear to be actually saved for that format. It is no longer checked when I go back into the format.

I previously installed the 2.0 beta version over the 1.x version. I uninstalled Pathologic completely, deleted the module from the site, and reinstalled. Now it works properly. Not closing this since unless the directions say to remove the 1.x version before installing 2.0 I'd still say it's a bug.

Is this bug still happening for everyone? I'm not sure what could have happened.

Just installed the module on various sites with different environments and all went well. I think we can safely assume that this no longer is an issue.
