I've created a multi-page webform and have set the "automatically save as draft" option. The draft saves fine and the data is all there when I revisit the form but is there anyway to resume from the last page/question I was on?

Currently when I visit the form again, I start from the first page. I did have a look around in the code but couldn't figure out if it is possible to skip to a certain page.

Unfortunately it's not easily possible to switch from one page to another. It certainly isn't easy to have the page just load from the last page the user was on, since the page cache will always show the first page of the form without even loading Webform module at all. It's only when the first POST request is started that Webform actually starts doing any work.

This problem could be partially mitigated by #335480: Set separate URL for each page of Multi-Page Forms (Funnel Tracking), which would allow jumping between pages (in combination with #258696: Multipage form - Page n of n (progress or percentage complete)).
