We are a small development team and in need of a freelance lamp consultant to help us polish our system. We have a requirement for a lamp consultant who can help us to configure our dedicated RHEL server to be scalable and fast. Our site is a news / articles based - content heavy, running on drupal 5.1 with many modules installed. If you can help installing / configuring memcached module for drupal please contact us: info@softinet.com

Appreciate replies from those with drupal modules (specially memcahced)
experience.

Hi Kavithra,

We've got lots of LAMP experience in house. Maintain SUSE, RHEL & Debian boxes. Have quite a bit of Drupal experience too. Unfortunately, the last time that any of us played with memcached was 3 years ago now. Looks like there is quite quite a lot has happened in that time, and that there are already some interesting Drupal installs:

http://drupal.org/files/issues/memcache.txt
http://drupal.org/node/44220

We'll definitely be digging into this in the future, but don't presently have the need to do this on our servers. Anyways, if you are still looking for support in this area this would obviously be a higher priority for us.
