TinyMCE Dialogs Button functions

Firstly, what a great module. Works very well apart from a couple of exceptions.

The first problem I have is with the dialogs not closing correctly. I have tried on multiple sites, and sometimes this occurs and sometimes it doesn't.

So I do the following: -

1. Click the 'link' button to add a link.
2. Type the link.
3. Click on the 'Update' button - sometimes the dialog closes here, sometimes is doesn't and I have to close manually.

The problem is intermittent, but more often that not. I seems to always happen if I open a dialog more than once. It also occurs for any dialog, not just the link dialog.

I am using Drupal 5, with IE7.
