Zen Grids has been updated to the 1.2 version in Zen's included STARTERKIT.

This update includes critical updates to the zen-grid-flow-item() mixin.

To update the Zen Grids, simply replace the sass-extensions directory in your sub-theme with a copy of the sass-extensions directory location in Zen 7.x-5.1's STARTERKIT.
