Suggest the module should do some user input validation on the TinyMCE profile name ...
Workaround:
If you have this problem then there are a few ways of fixing it:
1. disable, uninstall and then re-enable the module. This will cause all your TinyMCE settings to be lost however.
2. delete the offending entries from the tables tinymce_settings and tinymce_roles (you will lose the settings of the offending role)
3. modify the name field in relevant records in the same tables
