After uninstalling SimpleTest 2.0 and enabling the core Testing
I go to: /admin/config/development/testing
and I get:
Fatal error: Class 'NodeAccessRecordsUnitTest' not found in /***/sites/all/modules/contrib/entitycache/entitycache.test on line 261
The issue occured after solving #1572930: Trying to uninstall SimpleTest causes Fatal error: Call to undefined function simpletest_clean_environment() line 170.
I need to find out where the NodeAccessRecordsUnitTest' class is called from in entitycache.test.
Drupal 7.14

Refineo commentedComment #2
Refineo commented/sites/all/modules/contrib/entitycache/entitycache.test
is required by /includes/bootstrap.inc on line 3096
so the entitycache.test record is still in the {registry} table after uninstalling the SimpleTest 2.0
I don't use EntityCache, it is still installed but disabled.
There was EntityCacheNodeAccessRecordsUnitTest extends NodeAccessRecordsTestCase
Solution
I disabled and uninstalled entity_cache. I deleted the entitycache folder from /sites/all/modules/contrib/
I used drupal.org/project/registry_rebuild to rebuild the registry and it helped!

pasive commentedYou might need to upgrade to the latest enitycache - https://drupal.org/project/entitycache version - 7.x-1.2 where NodeAccessRecordsUnitTest is replaced by its successor NodeAccessRecordsTestCase
